Disappointed. I will start by saying the owners were very responsive and took our concerns seriously and said they would immediately fix the issue. We did leave after one day.Many of the air vents (mostly upstairs) were surrounded with mold. First floor looked fine and the back yard was great. While we slept on it, we eventually decided there was something wrong with their HVAC system and we were breathing unhealthy air so we decided to leave. There were other smaller things that I think we would have been able to resolve on our own. The second floor outdoor table was covered in grime, we would have just cleaned it, the master bathroom mats looked like they’ve never been washed, and one of the master pillows had grease stains (possibly face product), and dirt and/or makeup. The second floor seemed warmer, but when owner got back to us after we left, he said temperature was taken and there seemed nothing wrong. I think it was just very humid up there. The second floor smelled like dog pee, and there were a lot of air fresheners which I know people use but I didn’t care for the combination of pee and air freshener. My dog picked up something in the house that bothered him because he has been itchy ever since. Our other dog was fine. We come to Port A every year, and have never had an experience like this before. The reason I gave two stars is because the owner was very nice and very responsive. The fact that we felt we had to leave after paying so much was heartbreaking
