Clean, Modern Vacation Rental

This place was fantastic. Two couples, one baby, one single stayed here for a long weekend. The location was excellent. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. We'd definitely return to this home.

Spring Retreat

We had the opportunity to spend 6 weeks in this beautiful townhome. A quick walk to the pool or beach and a fabulous restaurant onsite. No need to leave the premise. It was ideal. Thank you.

Will be back!

We enjoyed the resort pools, renting a golf cart made getting around easier but the beach was just steps away. Our townhome was very clean. The resort was extra quiet since we went during the week with school already in session.

Wonderful Property

Great location and resort amenities. House was very clean with great furniture and comfortable beds. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the kitchen really needs to be better stocked with simple everyday cooking utensils and equipment.

Property was clean and in great shape. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Only constructive suggestion would be to have more in the way of kitchen utensils.

Family Getaway

As a first-timer, we will be back! The house was spotless and spacious, perfect for my family of 6. The amenities were fun. Booking, check-in, and check-out were easy. Wifi connectivity was not great, but we were on vacation, so we tried to disconnect from socials. Overall, we’re excited to come back next year.

The townhome was comfortable and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was equipped adequately. Beds and pillows were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toiletries. Convenient Luxury

The home was pristine and within a short walking distance to a pool and guest services. We rented a golf cart for increased convenience and enjoyed it. The layout of the home was perfect for extended families (looking at you in-laws ;]) to allow for togetherness but distance when needed. I am already planning our next trip back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Great few days at Palmilla

First time at Palmilla. This rental was great for our smaller crew. Location was prime in middle of everything and especially close to smaller pool. Palmilla amenities were beautiful. Would have appreciated a little more detail in the listing on what kitchen supplies were going to be provided to better assist in planning.

Great home

Sleek Beach was a great place to stay. Very clean and within walking distance to everything. The only reason I rated it a 4 was due to the amenities of Pamilla Beach resort. The way it was advertised, I assumed the swim up bar pool was adults only and the other pool was family friendly but both pools had kids swimming. Which isn’t a big deal just didn’t expect it. There was only one restaurant, bar, small coffee stand that their equipment was broken, our golf carts lights did not work and transmission kept slipping, and everything closed early. Overall great stay. Beach was awesome!

Great house, poor management.

The house is comparable to the homes at Watercolor in Florida. But the management is less than to be expected. Even the basic amenities, like towels and Kleenex were not provided. We didn’t have WiFi for 1/2 of our stay which also meant no TV.

Great location!

The location was great! Master bed was very loud with any movement and mattress needs replaced. Garage key pad was not working and I let vacasa know early on. Did not get a response so we had to go in and out of front door which was inconvenient. Let vacasa know the sink handle downstairs falls off with touch, no response. Besides those things, we would definitely stay at Pamilla again.

We didn’t have WiFi. I emailed customer service & was told there was an outage but it never worked for the 5 days we were there. We had a couple of ppl trying to work remotely but weren’t able to. One person used her personal hot spot & now she doesn’t have data available until the beginning of August. Also the vacuum cleaner didn’t work.

The house was new and clean and good location however there were minimal amenities. The kleenex boxes were empty and there was no hand soap in the dispensers. The listing said there was access to a tennis court which we found out did not exist. The parking situation was incredibly frustrating. We could rarely use the garages behind the house because they were always being blocked by neighbors cars. Due to construction in the area parking on the street was not an option. Even on the morning we checked out we had our car in the garage and we could not get out because 2 cars were blocking us in. We waited over 2 hours for vacasa reps to locate the owners and get the cars moved.

Thomas vacation

Overall the unit was clean and spacious. However the internet was out when we arrived and kids couldn't watch TV for 2 days until they got it fixed. Also the A/C was out for 3 days before they could get it semi fixed. Could not get it below 82 degreed. We had to cancel some activities to wait for repairmen. The maintenance on the unit needs attention. The ac filter hadn't been changed in over a year according to the ac repairmen.

Work in Progress

The Palmilla is VERY new and there is a lot of construction on the grounds. The townhouse was nice but small. The bunk room is not a room. It is at the top of the stairs, has a sliding barn door and no windows coverings. The beds fit little kids but even our 8 year olds were cramped. The queen and king rooms downstairs hear ALL the noise in the house and outside. The king downstairs is so uncomfortable. You can feel the springs through the bed. Also need black out shades in all rooms. Bring eye masks because it is very bright! Other than the bedroom situation, the place was great. Nice open kitchen with everything you need. There was a wagon full of beach toys in the garage. It is close to the pool but you do need a golf cart to get to the beach. The walk is lengthy. I think the resort will be great when it’s done but it would have been nice to know how much is incomplete. Also, the beach service/amenities are sub par and much lower than our expectations after reading the descriptions on the website. Also keep in mind that cars can drive on the beach there so it is not ideal for young children.

House was fine, lots of construction, street outside was closed due to work half the time. The two upstairs bathrooms had leaks and the wifi didn’t work for 3-4 days. But house is new, clean, pretty.
