Spacious Great Location Needs Some Major Love Our family of 4 adults and 2 grandkids stayed for 4 nights during spring break. The house is very spacious and perfect size for the family. The location is perfect and close to the pools and on-site restaurants. I would rate the stay a 3/5 overall. We have stayed at a few other properties (including right next door) in Palmilla and this one just didn’t score high marks compared to them. The backyard was enclosed which kept the grands inside and the fire pit was a nice amenity however it rained a few times so the wood was wet and unusable and the lawn became fairly muddy. The porch is divided weirdly one side outside of kitchen had a step down but the side deck didn’t and wasn’t connected. The beds were comfortable but would recommend additional blankets which were no where to be found. The kitchen was fairly equipped. The skillets and sheet pans were well loved. Some of the appliances - microwave - didn’t work so they had a cheaper counter top version available. The grill doesn’t get hot enough to grill burgers but we found a table top electric griddle instead. The living room furniture (couch specifically) needs to be deep cleaned. It is very dirty and stained. The WiFi didn’t work for 2/4 days there. We did send notes to Vacasa and they were able to get Spectrum out on the next business day. Location is great but for price we will not return to this location unless some Improvements are made.
