Pretty close to perfect for not having much of a view. Very clean, well appointed rooms, good neighborhood. Minimal construction noise. Would rent again with pleasure

Spacious & Comfortable house with private pool

Very open layout with great size bedrooms. Private pool with extra kids floats, a mini putt putt green, chairs and a tv outside. Beautiful views right now...houses are about to be built blocking the beach view.

Perfect Size & Location

This home was the perfect size for our family of 11, and we love the Palmilla Beach Resort community. Vacasa/property management was quick to respond to the only issue we had (a minor issue of the smoke detector chirping. They resolved the issue immediately). The pool was a great size for this property. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

No heated Pool at the house as stated and no working lock on back gate, but overall fantastic, we will be back!

Palmilla Opulence

very nice property comfortable stay for a party of seven and a child. Property services were excellent with the one small issue we had. Inside the house was excellent outside. The house needed cleaning, but with construction across the street would probably be a waste of time. Only issues were very small like not enough soap or no trash bags for the trash containers, otherwise excellent stay

Beautiful House but there were some issues.

The house itself was amazing. I gave three stars is for the services. It was very disappointing. First, when we arrived, the front was opened. We checked the surrounding before we went it and I texted the guest services. So that was a little nerve racking but no one was there. Second, the house was not cleaned. There were water on the first floor ( we cleaned it up) and all the floors were so dirty . We were putting our stuff away and our feet were dirty afterwards. We had to wear shoes inside the house. As we were cleaning, we saw there were cups of water and dirty utensils in the kitchen . Third, there was NO toilet paper any where . I contacted the guest services and they said they will contact the property to send some. We didn’t get them until 2 days later. There were other issues but minor. I was very disappointed in the services. The house is beautiful but the services could use some work.

40th Birthday Celebration

Great venue, incredibly spacious, great AC, wonderful pool and beach access. One gripe - TVs didn’t work as advertised. Everything else was incredible.

Amazing!

We LOVED this house! Absolutely incredible! It is stunning, huge and so much fun. We all had room to spread out with the two floors and all the different bedrooms. The house was extremely clean and had a great grill, TVs galore, high end appliances and so on point with the decor and layout! The bunk bed room was adorable and fun for our kiddos! The back yard is private and has a putting green that we had fun with. We can't say how much fun the salt-water pool was! It was so nice, large and clean! The neighbors were so kind and welcoming and the boardwalk was so nice to use. We rented chairs/umbrellas and golf carts from Palmilla and it was such a hit! All the neighbors were amazing and check out instructions through Vacasa were super simple compared to other places we have rented with long tasks for us to do at check out. Can't say enough great things about this home and resort! We immediately decided to come back next year!

Fun Vacay Spot!

We enjoyed our family vacation in Port Aransas very much! We hadn't been before & brought our sons, their wives & our 3 grandsons. The house had plenty of space for all of us (though we wish they'd had more king size beds for the 3 couples - only 1 in the master). The private pool was amazing so adults could enjoy while babies napped. The putting green was a bonus fun activity for adults & kids alike. The entirely fenced yard was a definite plus! It was only about a 5 min walk to the beach & maybe 2-3 min to the neighborhood pool. If you rent a golf cart, it's really easy! Both beach & pool were great. The issues we had were minor but annoying although they didn't "ruin" our trip by any means. Neighborhood Guest services lost wi-fi for about a day & a half so we couldn't get our wrist bands for the pool or workout room (we had to cut through the guest services office to enter the pool or get an employee to unlock the workout room) and complicated food/drink orders (they had to be handwritten & entered in the system later) but worked out. We learned if you have little ones, want to order food on the beach you need to get your order in right at 11am when they start taking orders to get the food early enough to satisfy hungry little tummies. But the food & drinks were all very good! We contacted the local Vacasa person as soon as we checked in because the pool was "green" & quite dirty. The pumps weren't running, which we knew was a problem. It took a couple of days to get the pool company there but once it was cleaned & equipment started it was great & we were happy to have it. The kitchen was more well-equipped than expected so we cooked all of our breakfasts & most dinners at the house, which was helpful with 3 little ones. And it was fun to cook together! The dining table was plenty big enough to hold 8 of us comfortably (baby was in a bouncer on the floor). There was plenty of seating in the family room to all watch tv or play games after the littles went to bed. Wine fridge was great! We used the grill though it was left quite dirty but there was a brush so... After we checked out I submitted a list of issues to Vacasa that I hope they take care of as it will make everyone's visit that much better (such as housekeeping didn't do a good job of cleaning; a couple of lamps not working; minor items broken - toilet paper holder, closet door handle; all ceiling fans had non-working speed controls so either on or off though we were grateful to have them; couldn't figure out how to turn outdoor tv on & Vacasa rep was unable to help) but, again, none of these items ruined our trip - just minor annoyances. We had a lovely time & we would definitely go back. I took away one star due to the list of annoyances & local Vacasa rep being unable to help quickly if at all. We stayed in a Vacasa property in Galveston over Spring Break & the local rep there was very responsive & helpful. This really is a great house with many great features & hopefully they deal with the annoying stuff. Plenty of beach towels & a great laundry room too. Plus an office if you need it though we used it for a toddler sleeping room! There's lots of balconies & a nice, little view. If you play golf, the neighborhood is surrounded by a pretty cool course! There were no provisions for kids (baby beds, high chairs, beach toys) so we brought our own & rented baby beds from Babysaway.com. They deliver & pick up!

Huge Gorgeous Place-Tight Neighborhood

Great Big Gorgeous House. Similar place like Seaside in Destin. Food and sidewalks in one area. Very cool. Its great, truly is. However, lots of construction in area and parking is difficult. If you get such a big house there will be more cars from guests there, so again, simply know parking is harder than usual. Downstairs did have a mildew smell.

Amazing House and Location

The house and location were amazing BUT only two TV's actually worked while the others would turn on but nothing would show on the TV's and the outside patio TV wasn't connected. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get a door access code since one was never sent on our check in email, luckily we just called the property management company and they gave us the code ASAP. The propane bottle for the grill was empty when we arrived on Friday evening but we were able to have one delivered Saturday morning free of charge. We had some issues with the kitchen lights but the living room lights were bright enough so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Lovely home

Beautiful home that was very well appointed. Very nice kitchen with upgraded appliances. The bar area is an added benefit and our group loved the putting green and private pool.

Great spot and beautiful home!

My family went down to the coast for a long weekend. The house was gorgeous and the Palmilla neighborhood was great. The golf course is such a gem. Both restaurants on the property were delicious. The amenities of the property are top notch. A really nice gym is right across the street from the house and the beach is also a stones throw away. Turnkey was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Great Port A VACAY!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The house was beyond our expectations. It was clean and when I did have a small issue with working the TV’s, they came and assisted right away! It’s the perfect location in Palmilla to the beach and the community pool, plus has its own pool!
