Overall, the resort was great, especially the location, pool and beach. Very easy to check in with door code. I wish I could give this rental a higher rating but we had issues which impacted our stay. The passwords and log in instructions for WiFi did not work so no TVs or internet for any of our devices for 24 hours. With small children to entertain and need for them to wind down after beach and pool, this was an issue. When we called to report, they initially told us someone would come to fix before noon the next day. My daughter who is an IT expert tried to resolve the issue. Finally, the afternoon after our arrival Management Company called to let us know the Owner had changed the log in without notifying them. Also, the bed linens on all the beds on third floor were dirty - Cheeto smears, crumbs, stains, etc. This wasn’t discovered until bedtime at around 11:30 pm. My daughter washed the sheets the next day and I reported the issue to Management Company along with photos. There was also dirt and hair in flooring. After numerous texts and requesting to speak to a Manager, the Management Company did reimburse me $65 for internet issue and $40 for the unit not being clean. When you pay over $2600 for a three day stay your expectation is for unit to be exceptional. The resort itself is great.
