Beautiful Spot for a Family Getaway

Super clean and cozy spot with a stunning view! The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was perfect for some quality family time. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful house

Perfect beach getaway! We loved staying here with our family and friends. The beds were so comfy, house was very clean and new, and it was minutes from the beach and Cinnamon Shore

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location was conveniently located close to the beach. The house was nicely decorated, very clean with plenty of space for the kids. Golf cart was included. Wish the elevator was available for use , but not a big deal. Would recommend for anyone else searching for a rental in Port Aransas.

The perfect vacation home!

This property was absolutely perfect! Very clean, stocked with all the kitchen necessities, perfect location, spacious, and had friendly neighbors! Management was able to answer all my questions quickly and was very helpful. We enjoyed every moment and hope to come back again!

Squad Getaway

The property was fantastic! Just over the bridge to the beach with a golf cart included! Great family gathering space for meals and hanging out. Bonus was not having to clean the place on checkout day like other rental properties! Towel rods or hooks would've been nice, though. Would definitely book again!

Gorgeous house, great location

Our family had a great little getaway to Port A at this home. The house was beautiful and roomy, with great views of the beach from the decks. Everything we needed was included. The house was clean and comfortable, enough room for everyone to spread out but also great common areas for us to come together for meals and family time. Loved being right on the cart path--it was a quick golf cart ride or about a 5 minute stroll down the boardwalk to the beach. We would love to come back to this beautiful property!

Great location

The house is located a short walk from the beach. There is a boardwalk right outside the house that takes you to the beach. When we were there, the beach was not very crowded. The house was very bright and modern. The arrangement of master bedroom upstairs and three smaller bedrooms downstairs worked great for our group.

Enjoyed property and great view

This is a lovely new home with all of the amenities. There is also a great view of the ocean and close by to the pool. Beds were also super comfortable. One note- you have to allocate some extra time in your trip to pick up the golf cart (and later return). It is not based at the house as you have to get it in town and drive 30 mins back on the beach.

The only thing I wish the house would have had is liquid soap in all the bathrooms (for some reason it was only in the master bath) and extra paper towels and toilet paper...we ran out of both.

Great trip

The other review about the bed bugs honestly got in my head a bit so I’ll help anyone out staying after that review. There was zero evidence or concern. The property was clean and very nice to stay at. The fans next to the bed was a nice touch that my husband really enjoyed. This was a great location. And easy walk to the restaurants at cinnamon shores. Great proximity to the beach. The gulf cart was an awesome add on. My only complaint and it’s picky is please leave more garbage bags for the kitchen, toilet paper and we were missing hand soap in one bathroom. I feel like at that price point those should be stocked better. But that feels picky, it’s a great property and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!!!

Bed Bugs

This property had bed bugs in one of the beds. Property management refused to credit even after pictures sent. It appears it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our arrival. WiFi did not work during entire stay. Will not stay again.

It’s a little ways outside of Port A which was great on a busy weekend since the town can be very crowded. There is a boardwalk to the beach where we were able to drive the provided golf cart a short distance to the beach. The golf cart definitely was a perk! I was a little worried about the limited parking (just one space for a car) but the overflow parking was perfect. The house was clean and kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice to have a view of the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floor. Loved this home!!

While the house is beautiful and location is great, the communication was lacking and some details were missing for a great stay and trip.We had to reach out to figure out WiFi password and golf cart info. Golf cart included is a little misleading. Yes, you get a golf cart but it’s in town and you have to drive almost 5 miles on the beach to get it to your house. I would expect for over 4k for a stay that they would offer to pick up from the rental location and drop off the cart for you so that it’s readily available. You cannot take the cart on the main highway so having to drive down to town and pick it up and then drive it back on the beach was less than convenient. It was also rented from brons- arguably the worst carts on the island. Rusted and impossible to turn. So what we thought was a perk having a golf cart included ended up being a huge inconvenience. House was beautifully finished out and was a great location for the ocean. However, it lacked a lot of personal touch which usually happens when it’s owned by a company instead of an individual. Kitchen was lacking a ton- didn’t even have a chef knife for cutting. No vacuum or broom/cleaning products of any kind. The spare bathroom upstairs smelled like sewage. Overall, for the price it was lacking.
