The guest house was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the outdoor space to set and visit. This is a location that will be considered again with ease. Loved the decor and setup of the entire home was welcoming.

Excellent host. Accommodations were perfect - exceptional 2 bedroom private guest house with secure entry and exit. This property deserves highest rating. Best experience I've ever had with a vacation rental.

We loved that this place was nestled in the back of private property, covered with trees. I was able to bring my boat and park it in the back part of the driveway. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Lovely secluded and secure property with drive thru for boat trailers. Peace of mind if you bring boats or kayaks. Access to outdoor shower and water hose, for rinsing off after going to beach or rinsing off fishing equipment. Every thing was clean and in order. Great outdoor sitting area with gas grill. Love being able to meet the host. Super nice people. Will be back when I can stay longer and enjoy the place when I’m not fishing. Thanks Debbie8

Returned here for another exceptional stay! Will find another date to book and fish again. Great people to stay with.

Should have read the whole description, regarding the rules. No unregistered guests would have been a deal breaker., since we have family in the area. We were told this was for insurance purposes. The parking is also a problem, the driveway is long with curves and there’s no turn around. There are trees and buildings on both sides. We had to back-in or back-out, we were informed that we could not go on the rocks or grass due to the septic lines, to prevent damage. One way in and one way out. The host never mentioned or offered us the use of the exit at the back of the property, which we later found out about.

Perfect

This is a great property located far enough away from the coast to be very peaceful but still only 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Host friendly and helpful on check in. Available if needed but transparent and not intrusive. Drive thru parking was great for pickup and boat trailer. Security behind fence along with automatic night time lighting. We enjoyed our time and will consider staying again.

LOVED THE ACCOMMODATIONS

The property is in a very quiet neighbor. Debby is a very nice lady. I even enjoyed the chickens. Should I ever plan on going back to Aransas Pass I most definitely would stay here.Thanks Again
