Inside, the layout is designed for gathering without crowding. A bright living area with two comfortable sofas, chairs, and an 85" TV anchors the main floor, opening into a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with an island and barstool seating — perfect for laid-back breakfasts, easy dinners, and everyone coming together between beach trips. Five well-appointed bedrooms sleep the whole crew, and every bedroom has its own TV. The home includes two king suites with private bathrooms, a queen suite with a private bathroom, another queen bedroom, and a fifth bedroom featuring a queen bed plus a queen-over-queen bunk bed made for both kids and adults. Two pull-out sleeper sofas provide additional flexibility for large groups. With 4.5 bathrooms, each with a mounted hair dryer, plus an in-home washer and dryer, the home is well-equipped for longer stays and full days of coastal fun.

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please be aware that this home is not located in a golf cart zone. Golf carts cannot be delivered to or rented at this property, and beach access by golf cart is not available.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit
- Security cameras are located at the front door, via a doorbell camera, and in the pool equipment area

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
