Outstanding rental

We stayed at this house and LOVED it! The owner was quick to reply with the one little issue we had. The house has two extremely comfortable electric couches, a full kitchen, really comfy beds and an enclosed outside patio with fans to keep you cool. The house is close to a grocery store and the ferry to get to the other side of the island. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here.

Very Spacious House

The house had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The house rules say a total of 6 people but could easily accommodate 9 people for sleeping. The kitchen was spacious and had almost all the spices needed for walking in and cooking. The living room had plenty of seating for us. The beds were mostly comfortable, I’m spoiled to my sleep number bed. Each bedroom had 2 beds. At home we sleep with the thermostat set a 66, if it had not been for the fans in each bedroom we would not have been so comfortable. There is plenty of parking, a 2 car driveway and space for another vehicle in the alley. The handyman on call is awesome and very friendly, I met him due to my own fault. The location is in walking distance to HEB (the grocery store), and several local eateries and various shops. I highly recommend this place for staying if you are not dead set on staying at Port Aransas. The rate we paid per night based on the location and amenities we got a great deal, it was easily worth double what we paid.

Great House

This house was wonderful for my family of 4. So spacious and had everything we needed. It's very close to the ferry, which was nice. The screened in porch was wonderful in the evenings. Overall we had a great stay!

Great family vacation!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and the use of the beach chairs and umbrella was very appreciated. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice place

Very nice house to stay in. Very modern and everything is in good working order. Great communication with the owner. Good location for fishing and the beach is a short drive if you leave early. If not the ferry wait will be long. Will defiantly stay in this house again.

Fishibg Trip
