Ubicada en una comunidad pequeña, esta espaciosa casa adosada tiene 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños y está cerca de la playa, restaurantes, bares y tiendas. Esta casa tiene vista a la piscina comunitaria, área de picnic, sillones y parrillas. Arriba, el maestro tiene una cama queen size con baño privado completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, el tercer dormitorio tiene una litera con dos camas individuales y comparten un baño completo. El cuarto de lavado para su uso está en el segundo nivel. En el primer nivel, una gran cocina con muchos extras es ideal para reuniones familiares. Fuera de la cocina hay otro dormitorio con una cama doble, un sofá cama, área de lectura y un baño de 3/4. La sala de estar y el medio baño en el pasillo también están en el primer nivel. Hay televisión en cada dormitorio y la sala de estar. Privacidad cercada en la parte trasera de la casa. Fiesta Palm was a true FIESTA!

Such a great house! Great location! Great space inside with fun beach decor. Nice sized bedrooms and a great layout. The only thing missing is a patio but the community pool is right across the drive, so we spent a lot of time at the pool area. SO NICE! I'd stay there again.

Vacation with family

Everything was great other than the cleanest of it . Furniture was old but we still had a great time staying. Pool was relaxing and the beach was around the corner. Perfect spot

Port A get away

Property was great, golf cart rental was great, location was great and entrance to the beach was very close by. The downside side for me, was the going back and forth with emails and text messages with the property management - there were 7 to 10 emails and more of the same with text msgs (20 contact msgs) which doesn’t even include the phone calls!!!! I found this intrusive and unprofessional - I’m not a minor and this was far, very far, from this being, my 1st property I’ve stayed at - they had me worried, from booking, until we left the property, which was suppose to be a relaxing weekend!!! We also didn’t get our house code, until we called property management at 4:15.

Perfect weekend getaway with the kids and dogs

Plenty of room our 7adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. We lived the large kitchen table for meals and board games and the kids lived the pool in the evening. The included pool noodles and floats were a nice touch. Mattresses were a bit thin and firm but to have space for a family event was well worth that! The neighborhood is set back off the road and felt very safe for kids and pets. 3min drive to a road that accesses the beach.

Very comfortable and close to the ocean

Stayed here with 6 friends (total of 7). We loved how many bathrooms there were, the big kitchen table, and the downstairs living room area. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed- from past experiences with beach rentals I brought sponges, dish soap, coffee filters, etc, but we ended up not needing any of those things- it was very well equipped. The little neighborhood of cottages this house is in is very quiet and peaceful. I also really liked that there seemed to be a MILLION outlets all over the property. I wish there were more pots and pans that weren’t nonstick since most of them were nonstick with scratches. The other thing was that the only measuring cup I was able to find was like a beaker and only had mL and oz. It worked out, I just had to do conversions on my phone, but if you need to do more than that, bring your own measuring cups. Google said that we were about a 13 minute walk to the beach- we didn’t try it since we had a ton of beach equipment. It was only a 3 minute drive and the property is VERY close to the beach access road which was amazing. Overall, if I have another big group of people, I would stay here again.

Overall, the house was nice. It was well decorated. The long white coffee table in the LR and big square table behind the door in the MBR seemed awkwardly placed. There is parking for 3 small or mid sized vehicles, but our 3 didn’t fit. Thankfully no one complained about us parking one at the far end of the pool. Also the location of the Domino’s dumpster (which you have no control over) adds very noisy early morning trash pick ups and the numerous cockroach and possum visits.

Great time

The rental was great the floors were a little sandy nothing major. The AC leaked all over the stairs causing my nephew to slip But he was completely OK. Called the management company and they sent someone out within 10 minutes.

Decent spot

My main priority is that I am a wheelchair user, so finding a place that works for me (and everyone else) is my priority. Overall, the place was great! There were a couple minor issues that I brought up, and were assured they would be addressed. The management office was off-site - but that's where you rented the golf carts. Overall a smooth trip, would likely stay again!

Great Time

The townhouse was the perfect size for 3 couples. Roomie bedrooms! Bathrooms need a hairdryer but that didn’t stop our fun! We spent most of the time inside because the pool was monopolized by on family. There were 17 people in the pool & no room for us! We still had fun & would stay again!!!

We had a great time on our vacation. Property was as advertised. Location was great, right next to the pool. Complex was dog friendly so it made it easy to walk the dog. My only complained was that the floors were not swept before arriving.

Perfect location!

The property is located perfectly to have quick access to the beach and town square. The floors were quite dirty, the fridge didn’t close unless a bottom drawer was removed, the downstairs toilet seat was rusted and broken and the towel rack in an upstairs bathroom would fall off the wall if you hung up a towel. There is also no deck or back area to sit and hang out but it is right across from the pool which was nice!

Great Vacation!

The location of the home is perfect! The little neighborhood that it is in is nice and quiet. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Having the pool was a great option as well.

This is a nice place to stay for a vacation. Living room is small, so if you have more then 4-5 adults it would be ok.

Family get away

Great location, beautiful home. Property manager was quick and attentive. Checking in and out was a breeze … having a smart tv in the living room / bed room was clutch due to a rainy day spent inside. Incredibly short drive to the beach. This home had everything that we needed. From the pictures/description, i expected good things. The home did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend.

Great place

Enjoyed staying here. The community is very nice, clean and close to the beach. The only issues we had, if you want to call them that, were beds. One bed had sand in the sheets, wasn’t very comfortable and another bed had some kind of black dust or something on the backside of the pillows. There is a washer and dryer so we cleaned them and that was that. There isn’t a personal bbq grill for the house. So if you want to bbq you have to use one of the grills in the pool area. No issue since it is right in front of the house. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful property but not good management

Everything was good tillI I forgot my travel bag full of clothes at the property ,the sad thing is that I didn’t find out about it right away,that was because at the time of the check out we put all the suitcases on my daughter’s car so I always think that she have my travel bag in her car ,till I saw her a week later,so There’s when I call the property asking for my bag and they told me that the housekeeping staff didn’t return anything,of course I knew that I left my bag there,so I have to keep calling for a week or more to try to get an answer about my bag,after almost two weeks later they said the housekeeping manager returned my bag,of course I was missing some clothes and my reading glasses but I just decide not to call again,I had enough trying to find out what happened with my bag. I have to say the property was beautiful and I don’t know who’s fault was it,but you expect that if you forget something they are going to be honest and just return it and put it in the lost and found.

All good with house/not weather

Everything was excellent except for the freezing cold weather. Got only two hours of beach time after checking in so never come in April again. It was a special time for this Nanna to spend time with Daughters and Granddaughters after staying in for close to a year with Covid pandemic and dreaming about the beach!!! Guess I will start saving again to try in fall. Of course we had fun being together...that was special. Thank you for everything and I know who ever rent from you will be as pleased as we were!! Great weekend

The Royal Palms was great, we had lots of room and the place was well furnished. It's close to everything including the beach. My only concern would be that I was being texted by to different cell phone numbers from Life in Paradise. One was saying your room will be ready early than planned and the other said it wouldn't be ready until 4 pm. Turns out our room wasn't ready until almost 4:30. Other than that Great Place.
