What a great house!

Perfect family house

House was great! Good location to pool(s), access to beach with golf cart or car, and had everything needed for cooking and entertainment after a long day out. Loved there were 2 separate spaces (one down and one upstairs) as well as games/toys for kids. Would stay here again!

We definitely plan on returning and staying at this perfect house. The floor plan is the best I have seen with lots of privacy for multiple families. The amenities are just what anyone could want with lots of comfortable beds and bedding, many well appointed bathrooms and a super kitchen nicely stocked. The property had nice pool cafes and a restaurant.

Fantastic summer trip!

The home was a great fit for our family and we had a blast! Palmilla Beach is our go-to summer destination and has options for everyone. This particular home has a good layout and the kids especially enjoyed the video game table upstairs. We'll be back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at this home with my 3 kids and family. The home is exactly as pictured and also has a play room upstairs with a ton of toys which were absolutely great for our kids. Loved every minute in this home. We will be back.

Nice stay close to the boardwalk and seaside pool

This is our first time staying at Palmilla Beach Resort. We loved the community and felt it was very quiet and peaceful at all times. Irie Ray house is very close to the Seaside pool and easy walking distance to the boardwalk. The house was beautiful and clean for the most part with minimal maintenance issues. We’d definitely stay in this community again!! It felt like a true luxury beach community for Port A with amazing pools and challenging golf course. Also it is so close to main town Port A.

Amazing home

Everything from start to finish about this house was perfect. The kitchen is immaculate, fit for a Michelin chef. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. The location was ideal. There are a lot of homes for rent in Palmilla and this is the best we've ever stayed at. We've stayed twice and will keep going back for years and years.

Fantastic and beautiful home

This home has it all. Space, gourmet kitchen. Gameroom and bunk room upstairs for kids plus three separate rooms that are well designed with minimal noise sharing. Not to mention it’s one of the few homes with a backyard and fire pit plus a faucet outside to spray the sand from the beach off. It’s just very well thought out, and conveniently located within the neighborhood to both pools and the boardwalk to the beach. Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful house!

We loved our stay at Irie Ray. The house is lovely, nicely decorated and very spacious. Kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking. Location is good, not too far from the boardwalk. We drove down with all our stuff, but rented a golf cart to go back and forth which was nice to have. AC and wifi worked well. Our group of 6 young teens enjoyed having the 2d living area upstairs. Highly recommend this home and the Palmilla Beach area.

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone! The outdoor space was so wonderful. The kids enjoyed having some time outside in the yard. There are plenty of pool and beach floats and toys. The kitchen has everything you could need for meal prep, cooking and baking. The appliances are top notch! Good to know: There is a Keurig. It’s not mentioned in the listing and isn’t in the pictures, but there is one! Our family would stay here again! Thank you!

Absolutely a Beautiful Home away from Home!

This is a Fantastic Vacation Home as it has it Everything that you would ever need! The Kitchen was our favorite part we created such great memories around that Island, we enjoyed our nights sitting outside around that firepit at night. The kids Loved the Gameroom and Bunk room upstairs. The separation of the rooms gives everyone the silence and privacy that each couple wanted and needed. The staff from Reservation to the Maintenance Crew were so friendly and Top Notch service. We will most definitely come back here! Thank you for a great time!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. A couple of things that I do need to mention. There is no room to park a car in the garage, because the owner's golf cart and grill is in it. No aprons in the condo. Also, water leaks from under the dishwasher while it is running.

Annual Port Aransas family get together

For years, our family had rented a house at Cinnamon Shores but we decided on Palmilla Beach this year as it was closer to town, not as big and crowded and did not require a 6 day minimum. The house we chose was the perfect size for our family and all went well. We plan on coming back to the same house next summer.

Annual Family Stay

We loved Irie Ray! The house was perfect for our 4 families. The upstairs play area stocked with toys, play kitchen and TV was perfect to keep the kids entertained in the evenings. We also loved having a BBQ grill, extra ice freezer in the garage and all the outdoor seating and rockers. I suggest you update the living room picture to this home. There isn’t a beautiful sectional, instead a very less than appealing and uncomfortable brown leather couch. Home also needs more kitchen towels, mixing bowls, hand mixer and a baking pan (we made brownies). Also suggest putting hair dryers in all the bathrooms. This is our 3rd time staying at Palmilla and the resort is great!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. House is lovely and plenty of room for our family of twelve. Location of the house is very close to the beach and community pool. Resort pool is large and nice. Only down side,there is alot of construction going on so if your looking to sip a cup of coffee in the morning outside on the balcony or courtyard, beware of the loud noise. Highly recommend to rent a golf cart from the resort to get around property and to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying here. The downstairs is so spacious and loved the outside courtyard. The beds were so comfortable and all of us loved the comforters so much we wanted to buy the same brand. Everything was so nice! Luckily we enjoyed the house since it rained on us half the trip.
