The townhouse has lots of room with comfortable beds, lots of hot water, and convenient to the beach. The pool is supposed to be heated over the weekend, but was very cold on Sunday when we arrived. There is a basket of pool towels and a large dog crate. The kitchen has decent equipment with lots of flatware and utensils, plates, bowls and coffee cups, but there are no mixing bowls, and very few drinking cups (not enough for five people.) There are only the bare necessities: very thin paper towels, two hand towels in the kitchen (need more), salt, pepper, olive oil, enough coffee for two pots, tea, small dish soap, pods for the dishwasher, laundry soap, extra garbage bags, two bath towels per bed, and extra toilet paper. There are the standard soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms—the bath soap smells great! If you need anything else, bring it, including plastic wrap for food and foil. The great thing about this townhouse is there are two separate floors with one bedroom on the main floor and two upstairs. The stairs have a very steep grade and our dogs had a difficult time going up them. There is no booklet in the townhouse with the standard information, so we had to rely on the internet. The management company is great and quick to respond to our needs. The contract specifies no parties and quiet time. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It was spring break and lots of teenagers were in residence!
