    Just a quick walk - only a block!-from the beach, Secret Waves is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy everything Port Aransas has to offer. This roomy 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps up to 10, so bring your friends or family and get ready for some serious fun in the sun.
    Cozy, bright, and beachy vibes.
    Inside, you`ll find plenty of space to hang out with cool coastal colors that make you feel right at home. Whether you`re sipping on coffee on the private deck or grilling up some fresh seafood on the charcoal grill, you`ll love the relaxed beachy atmosphere. And at night, nothing beats listening to the waves and feeling that salty breeze.
    Pool, beach and all the good stuff nearby. The community pool is just a short walk away - heated when needed with spots to lounge. And the beach? It`s super close, about a 5 minute walk so you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun or splashing in the waves.
    We stock the place will all the basics you`ll need to get started - bath towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, even some coffee pods to get your day started.
    You`ll get a unique keypad code before you arrive for easy check in, plus a helpful info book with tips on the island and how to use everything in the condo.
    The community pool is just a short walk and features nice clean water and outdoor seating. The beach is a short walk right up the road.
    Golf carting made easy - Port Aransas is known as a golf cart town and Secret Waves is perfectly located, golf cart accessible, for easy golf cart rides to the beach and around town. The beach itself is a drivable city street, so load up your cart with beach gear and cruising over to the beach is a breeze - no hauling heavy bags!
    Tee off close by. Golf lovers will be happy to know that Palmilla Beach Golf Club is just a short drive away. This beautiful 18-hole course offers stunning coastal views and a fun challenge for players of all skill levels.
    Grab breakfast & snacks just a short walk away at the Texan Stores. It is known for fresh breakfast tacos, sandwiches, kolaches and a great selection of snacks and drinks - perfect for fueling up before a day on the beach or grabbing a bite to go. Local favorite restaurants are nearby too.
    You can rent a golf cart nearby from trusted local spots.

    Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
    A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent is provided as well as a couple of coffee pods with creamer and sugar. Things to bring: Don`t forget your beach towels, sunscreen, chairs and an ice chest to keep your drinks cold. Cable / WIFI is included, but just a heads up - sometimes the island`s internet can be a little spotty. We can not guarantee the reliability of those networks.
    Each property is treated for pest control but on the island, mosquitos and bugs are plentiful.

    Parking is limited to the assigned parking spots only. City paid parking is available. A Maximum of 10 guest are allowed on property at any time. There is no smoking or vaping on the property.
    This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, Port Aransas Island Rentals LLC., and the homeowner. By making a reservation with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below.
    As per Federal Law, Port Aransas Island Rentals, LLC., has the right to refuse service to anyone.
    You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and book a vacation property and must be one of the guests staying in the rental home.
    Verification may be required prior to or during your stay.

    THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:
    Every effort has been made to show and describe the rental property as it is actual but we cannot guarantee all items shown in pictures and as described will actually be available as homeowners upgrade and remove items from time to time.
    Each home is privately owned, furnished, and equipped by the homeowner. Guests agree to take responsibility for treating the home with care.
    Trash service days will be posted inside the home. Please follow the directions so that trash is picked up.
    Removal or rearrangement of furniture is prohibited and may result in additional fees.
    Guests will be charged for any damage or destruction of property caused by any of the guest, or if extra cleaning required.
    Certain areas in each rental property may be inaccessible for personal owner`s storage and guests may not access these areas.
    Guests are responsible for doing their own dishes and properly bagging the trash and taking it out. Trash collection days will be posted inside of the home.
    Our properties may have cable, satellite TV or streaming services, however, properties are individually owned, and we cannot guarantee TV channel availability. Rental properties do not necessarily offer premium packages, Movie Channels, Sports Channels, Pay-Per-View, etc. Occasionally there are interruptions in cable, satellite service, and/or internet services due to unforeseen circumstances.
    We do not guarantee the availability of cable, satellite service or internet. No refunds will be offered if service is down, but we will make every effort to correct the problem in a timely manner.

    Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”

    LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).
    After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email of the payment receipt and details of the reservation. By accepting the terms of this rental agreement, you authorize Port Aransas Island Rentals LLC., to automatically charge your credit card on file for your remaining balance unless you make other payment arrangements.
    QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
    All rental properties are located within private neighborhoods and guests shall not trespass into other properties within the neighborhood. Occupancy and use of premises or amenities should not disturb or offend neighbors or residents by means of parties, excessive noise, obnoxious behavior, excessive speeding through neighborhoods, discharge of fireworks, or any other noise-inducing mechanisms.
    OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 10 guests.
    If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.
    IF YOU ARE FOUND TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT OF YOUR HOME, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION, AND NO REFUNDS.
    BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.
    UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.
    Agreement:
    Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State`s requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.
    PETS. If the Host does not allow pets, here are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
    Pet friendly homes are listed as so on the property information page. In those homes, the following terms and conditions apply: A non-refundable pet fee, per pet is charged per stay for all pets. Pets must be completely housebroken, well behaved, and pest free. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please pick up after your pet.
    A kennel will be provided at each property for your pet to stay in while left alone. Guests will be charged for additional cleaning for removing pet hair and other pet-related material from furniture or the yard or any damage that occurs. Pets shall not be left uncrated while alone on premises. Guests agree to pay for any damages caused by pets. If pets have an accident indoors, all clean-up will be performed by the guest. Guests must agree to clean up all outdoor pet waste and deposit in outside garbage cans. Failure to comply with pet clean-up policy on the premises may result in additional cleaning charges that will be charged to the guest`s credit card. Guests always agree to be in full control of their pets and take full responsibility for their pets’ wellbeing. Area leash laws must be followed. If any of these Pet Policy items are not met, Guests are in violation of this Agreement.
    Grills. Guests who use the BBQ grills or fire pits are responsible for cleaning them after their use. Guests may be charged up to $100 for cleaning. Properties with propane grills or fire pits fueled by liquid propane will under no circumstances add charcoal, wood or any derivative of charcoal.

Awesome stay!

Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quite stay close by the beach. Very clean and has everything you need.

Property says two double beds (which were twins) and two queen beds which were doubles. But over all, great communicators and the process was very easy. I do recommend this property, and we were able to make it work with our group

Thanksgiving stay

Stayed a full week for Thanksgiving. Check in was easy. The manager was quick to answer questions I had. The pictures were very accurate. Close walk to beach. Would recommend and use again.

Port A Labor Day

Don't let the exterior fool you, the condo is very nice, well furnished and roomy. The complex was completely occupied over Labor Day but everyone was friendly and well behaved. Easy access to all Port A and Corpus Christi have to offer. Would definitely recommend!

Beach down the street

We enjoyed this condo, especially this unit because its on the very end. No shade in the backyard but that was perfect for sun bathing. Master has no closet but does have a cute extension to hang some clothes on hangers.

Would Recommend

There were some dumpster issues outside of the property which was in no way under the control of the owner or property management company but once I addressed the issue to management, They took it upon themselves to take care of the problem immediately. The property is an older one, but has been updated and adorably decorated and updated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
