These four condos are located in the Endless Summer Resort, giving you access to the community pool area. Soak up the sun in the loungers, take a dip in the saltwater pool, and refresh with the outdoor shower, perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. Grills and picnic tables make this area ideal for evening BBQs. For those seeking sand and surf, Endless Summer is just blocks from the beach! It’s in the golf cart zone, you can load up your gear and be there in no time. In addition to the beach, these condos' location is well known for its easy access to 11th St, Ave G, restaurants, dining, shopping, and entertaining.

Inside, an open layout beckons with bright, beachy style. Kick back in the living room, where comfortable seating and a TV call for a movie night. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make cooking a breeze. Grab a barstool seat at the kitchen counter for a quick snack, or gather around the dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal. A second living area features another comfortable couch and TV, so there’s plenty of room for the whole crew to spread out. Retreat outside to one of the multiple decks to catch the ocean breeze. When you’re ready to unwind, three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for all. Welcome to Little Beach House! After you enter, head upstairs to the main floor, where you'll find an open-concept living space with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and chairs. It's the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or fishing! The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked for meal prepping, cooking, serving, and dining, with 4 bar stools, a dining table, and chairs/bench. The washer and dryer closet are on this main floor as well. This main floor has one of a primary bedroom with a King Bed, flat screen TV, closet, and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs leads to a common area or 2nd living with a twin day bed, twin trundle, coffee bar, and TV. This upper floor also has 2 bedrooms: A queen room with a private ensuite bathroom, a bunk room, and a 3rd bathroom. Head to the 2nd level outdoor patio to check out the sea breeze and view! Want to see the ocean and Port A? Take the metal, circular steps up to the observation deck, where you can see from the beach to the bay! It's hard to beat everything that Little Beach House has to offer!

Home Truths:
- Some condos accept a maximum of 2 dogs. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
- Please note the community pool is warmed by the HOA from December through the end of spring break. It is turned on Friday mornings and off Monday mornings. Temp is set to 88 degrees. We have no control over the pool heater and temperature.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

- Parking is available for 2-4 vehicles per condo depending on size.
- No boat parking at this location.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
