Nuestra casa 3BR / 3BA recientemente actualizada se encuentra frente a la piscina comunitaria en Mustang Royale, un vecindario frente al mar, a pasos de la playa, ideal para vacaciones familiares, escapadas románticas y reuniones.

La planta baja tiene un diseño abierto, que combina la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina, todos con decoración costera y pisos cerámicos. La sala de estar cuenta con dos sofás de cuero de gran tamaño con otomanas a juego y un centro de entretenimiento con un gran televisor. La cocina está totalmente equipada y da a las zonas de comedor y de vida, para que no se pierda el ritmo mientras prepara las comidas para sus invitados.

El dormitorio principal, ubicado en la planta baja, tiene una cama king-size, un centro de entretenimiento con TV y un baño adjunto con sus lavabos y una combinación de ducha / bañera. Adyacente al maestro está el primer dormitorio de invitados, que duerme dos en una cómoda cama queen. Arriba, encontrará la segunda habitación de invitados amueblada con litera doble / completa / doble. Luego hay un área de loft con dos camas individuales, un televisor y un baño completo. We absolutely loved our stay and the convenience of getting to and from the beach. Great price and just a couple of neighborhoods away from Cinnamon Shores. This house was very comfortable and our kids LOVED the access to the garage with foosball and Ping-Pong. The only recommendation is to bring your own beach towels, we couldn't find any on site. Otherwise this rental had absolutely everything. We are already starting to plan our next trip to this house.

My family and my parents stayed here. The unit was perfect for all of us. We loved that 2 bedrooms were on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked. This was one of the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The only complaints we had was the smoke alarm at the top of the stairs on the second floor would go off sometimes usually in the middle of the night and set the others off waking the whole house. The backyard is not fenced if bringing pets. The neighborhood was very noisy at all hours of the evening but it was spring break.

We love this place for our annual beach/fishing trip! Perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. Able to bring the boat/truck plus another vehicle without issue. Can’t wait to come back next year

We had a great time at "Our Happy Place" in Port A this past weekend. We decided on a last minute trip to the beach and the beach house didn't disappoint! The kitchen was well appointed, beds for everyone (and then some - a nice change!), a nice patio and a great Rec room in the garage that the kids enjoyed a lot. It is a relatively easy walk to the beach (up some hills, so beware or rent a golf cart) and very minimal traffic to be concerned with. The community was tidy and nice looking. We felt safe our entire trip - aside from the mosquitos, but the city is definitely working on that daily during the season. Just bring bug spray and they'll leave you alone. Would definitely consider visiting again and even bringing along some extended family! Pro tip - while a golf cart isn't totally necessary, it would have made the trip more enjoyable. We had a beach cart which was a must for our family with 4 younger kids and all the stuff. We decided when we return (hopefully this time next year!) we'll definitely rent a golf cart for a smoother time for the littles.

We had a great time staying at “Our Happy Place.” We were within walking distance to the beach and only a few minute drive from everything we needed. The front door doesn’t shut properly, though. That was a tad annoying. We think the lock gets stuck. You have to really mess with it to get it to stay shut. Also, we had a child get stung by a jellyfish and found the first aid kit almost completely empty. :( Everything else was great!

Online photos and description are accurate. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking while visiting. House was warm but AC was working. Beds were uncomfortable for multiple night stay. But overall a great place to stay!

everything was great. Only comments would be1) recommend installing safety bars in Master shower to give old folks something to hang onto while drying off, 2) Den TV was geat with Dish, but Master bedroom TV had no operable source (several people tried). I would suggest also installing Dish on that TV.Also, please add a night light to the Master Bedroom

The location was walking distance to the beach and the house was well maintained. The neighborhood was active but not too loud. Younger adults enjoyed the game room and bbq pit area. Was hoping to check in earlier but the place had been rented the day before we got there. There was a lot of rain in the area during our stay and there was some water buildup in the back yard.

This was a great beach house, unfortunately for us it rained the entire time and the BBQ area was completely under water by several inches. The house was in an excellent location, close to the shops but far enough away for a quiet evening. The boardwalk to the beach is a 5 minute walk with an awesome huge boardwalk. The house in comfortable, the kitchen is a bit small but very manageable. I would rent again.

We had a great time! This house was great for my husband and child. It was clean, and the location is great - about a 2 min walk to the pool, 5 min walk to the beach, and 8 minute drive to everything in town. Everything was exactly as expected, and the neighborhood is very quiet too. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was nice, said it was pet friendly but it would have been nice if they mentioned the back yard wasn’t fended in. Couldn’t just let the dog out to play, had to stay on leash and if I used the long leash she got tangled up by all the post. The fridge was leaking and they responded immediately to look at the issue. But overall the property was nice, good location and not a bad walk to the beach. I would stay there again.
