It’s going through development so there’s a lot of fixing that they’re doing. It’s a decent place to stay and mostly it was the shower that was a bit grungy. Otherwise, not a bad location and it’s a place to leave your stuff.

The fact that this hotel is right on the beach is awesome! The staff was very helpful. The hotel needs a lot of updating. The a/c took a long time to cool, in fact it didn’t cool until nighttime. I will stay again due to the location and the staff but only if they do a lot of repairs on the property.

The room was disgustingly dirty, blood stains on the sheets and mattress, the doors didn’t shut properly, did not stay 10 mins before I checked out when we attempted to call to check out no one answered nor did they return the call

Didn’t like the way property was. The property was way different than what the photos are online. Very disappointing. I only stayed 10 minutes and checked out has to go to another hotel. Waste of time and money on this place.

It smells like mold i woke up feeling stuffy and had a headache. There was mold all in the bathroom. They had renovation going on and it was a hazard. The pool was clean though. The wait time to check in was 45 minutes the vending machine ate our money. We didn't have towels in our room v

Absolutely appalling in regards to cleanliness. The front door did not have a secondary lock that was working. The outside pool area smelled of urine. And the vagrants that were lingering were obviously on illicit drugs. The atmosphere at this facility was very concerning and I would not recommend this even the people I disliked.

The property is run down. Terrible. First room was filthy stained and hairs on bed. Walls are rugged and paint is chipped everywhere. Pool is dirty and closed. Doors don’t lock properly and can’t put chair to guard because they open outwards. I felt unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It may have just been a bad day but check-in took 1.5 hours, there was a lot of room assignment issues they were trying to fix & only worked from one computer (2 are at front desk). Check in was at 4, typically cleaning is done by then, we were told to come back in about 45 minutes. Maybe all new trainees? As with many reviews on this property, it is dated. Walked into the room, the bed looked like my child made it & shower is very "worn". No breakfast offered - just FYI. For the price, I guess it's kind of what I expected but still disappointed on the little things.

It’s not at all with the picture show. But from the time we pulled up in the parking lot, the maintenance man was so helpful. He led me to the front where I could have the lady walk me through the room to see if it looked different from the outside and it did. The maintenan man then proceeded to help us get our stuff out of the vehicle help my grandmother up the stairs just made this day so much easier! There need to be more people like him in the world.! the staff was all friendly. Anything we needed they were there to help.! great place to sit on the balcony and watch their wave roll in!

The only thing could I can say nice is in the front desk friendly and the sheets were actually clean. A very nasty broke downdown motel with questionable looking people all around bad bad odor leaks, opening in the bathroom ceiling cast the stains on the drapes, drapes were torn. The balcony porch was just as bad trying on the front door did not lock. Bathroom door did not close. The pictures are fake, it looks nothing like that. It should be condemned and we did find out that it had been closed down, and if it was open, it had to be within the last 7 days. Open utility rooms no security of any kind. We got scammed, so we had to spend the first night there and we got out of there. First thing, that next morning

The hotel did not match the photos online. We were expecting and booked a beautiful hotel with a balcony and beach access. We arrived to a room that was disgusting. The AC unit was falling out of the wall. The shower was rusted and cracked. I have a baby and did not feel comfortable putting them down in the room. Not to mention we booked a room with a balcony and this one did not have one so they didn't even follow directions. Staff tried to appease me by offering me another room but it was in the same state. Also the ceiling of the front office was missing and showed exposed pipes and insulation. While I was standing there water dripped from the ceiling onto my shoulder. Never saw a room with a balcony by the way. Absolutely not what was advertised. I'd rather stay at a motel 6 than this shack. We left immediately and got a refund. Felt lied too. Extremely disappointed. Could be a cool hotel. You should close and do some renovations or drastically reduce prices. Might I suggest pay by the hour motel? Because that was the vibe of this place.

This hotel is nothing like it was advertised. I knew there was an issue when neither myself nor the agent at Expedia could reach the hotel by phone or by email, prior to us arriving there. The pictures are not from that hotel. It was filthy!The carpet was sticky from God knows what. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no bathtub, just a nasty shower. No breakfast is offered. The new owners decided not to do breakfast for guests any longer. The pool was green and we couldn’t use it. The tv did not work. The man working there told us that all of the tvs either didn’t work or worked very poorly. I hope this review helps save someone else’s vacation. Do not book this hotel unless you wish for a miserable time. When you are excited by the price of a hotel directly on the beach, remember, you get what you pay for! I recommend you keep scrolling when you stumble across this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting!

I hate writing this post because the workers and staff were so kind and wonderful and helpful. The woman working the wrong desk RAN that place. And i have nothing bad to say about the actual staff. During our stay the first thing we noticed was the bathroom sink was filthy and looked like it hadn't been touched and our bathroom door wouldn't shut. We are two girlfriends staying together so would like to be able to close the door. We weren't going to complain until we noticed our mini fridge wasn't working. Since we got in late on Friday, on Saturday we let them know the fridge wasn't working so they almost immediately brought a new one and offered to shave down our bathroom door so we could actually close it. They spent a while shaving down the door and it was finally able to close although with much force (the maintenance guy was very helpful and kind) our new fridge never worked either and ended having to toss all our leftovers. We also didn't have any hot water during the entire stay. The wood floors were constantly wet. I don't mean damp from humidity. I mean so wet it looked like someone threw water on the floor and had to lay towels all over to keep from stepping in small puddles. Almost all the outside doors to the rooms surrounding the pool outside looked like they had been broken into or trashed. I loved having beach access, but after all our issues, i will not be staying here again
