Some Beach House is a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath coastal retreat and your new home away from home. The large open living, kitchen and dining areas are an entertainer’s dream! You can whip up your favorite meal for your guests in the gorgeous, full kitchen and then kick back, relax and enjoy the Gulf views, breezes, and sounds of the ocean on either of the 2 large, spacious decks. Take in the ocean view while lounging on the bed swing or sipping a cocktail in the Adirondack chairs. Walking to the beach is simple on the private Boardwalk located directly across the street from the home. There are 2 flat screen TV's inside and a Pac-Man and Galaga arcade machine for you and your guests to enjoy in the laid-back loft. Watch the gumball’s swirl down the neon lit track, while cheering on your kids at the PlayStation. There is a secret hidden playroom for your little ones to enjoy while you watch your favorite Netflix show on the 75” TV. You’ll find plenty of space for all 8 vehicles to park on the paved driveway. Step outside to find an absolute oasis. By the pool you will find multiple loungers and comfortable sofas for relaxing with your friends and family. Maybe you’d prefer to sit in the pool or jacuzzi and watch Sunday Night Football on the 65” outdoor TV. And after you take in the beautiful sunset, hop in the golf cart for a spin around town and then settle in for the evening sitting by the firepit roasting marshmallows. Located at Beach Access 1, Some Beach House is just a short drive, either by car or golf cart, to the many fun shops and restaurants of Port Aransas. We kindly request a 3-night minimum stay during holidays and the summer months, however, please call for exceptions. We offer early check in and late check out options, please call for inquiries. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
