Toast at the Coast! Private Gated Community, Walk to the beach, Great for family! This two story beauty is located inside the Port Aransas city limits and a 7 minute walk to the beach! There is plenty of room for the whole family. Sandhill Townhomes Community has a heated pool, hot tub, palapas, loungers, and grilling stations.You must be at least 25 years old and on-site to rent this property.

About Our Home:
Toast at the Coast is a 4 bedroom 2 bath, two story vacation rental townhome located in Port Aransas, Texas. Situated in the gated community of Sandhill Townhomes, there is quick beach access and golf carts are allowed. There is high speed internet with whole home wireless Wifi MESH network, HD flat screen TV's in each bedroom and ROKU streaming devices. We have Keurig and standard coffee makers, and a complement of beach equipment inside the garage. There is parking for FOUR vehicles, two in front, two along the fence. There is also a laundry room with full size front load washer and dryer.

Living Area:
The living area is on the second floor and accessible via stairs. The living area features a large covered balcony and plenty of room to lounge and relax during your stay. There is a large HD flat screen with streaming service.

Kitchen and Dining:
Our home is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, dining table for EIGHT and a couple bar stools at the breakfast bar. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker, so bring your favorite coffee blend.
