  • This downstairs unit has a private boat slip, patio with large gas grill, TV's in every room, and a great fish cleaning station. You're 100 yards for the boat ramp, extra parking for your boat trailer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to fulfill your appetite after a long day of fishing. The canal is perfect for a relaxing float and enjoying the water with the kids. This Townhouse is set up perfectly for everyone's enjoyment

My husband and I wanted to take a fishing trip with his parents, but wanted to have accommodations for them due to their age. This home offered us exactly what we were seeking. Excellent space, clean, comfortable with amazing water views and steps away from accessing the spacious 2 story dock. Fishing and bulding memories with our family. Wonderful Stay!

Great value and location

Nice play to stay, right on the water and great location. We were minutes from the beach. The condo is perfect for what I needed, Robert checked in on us and we felt very safe and secure.

Great place!

We had a great time staying at this condo! Our family came over to fish with us off the back dock which was a great time! The place was quiet and was the perfect little getaway spot!

Had a wonderful time at the property. The top deck was very nice and my kid fished the whole time off the bottom deck. Looking forward to staying here again.

This 2B/2B was perfect for our family of 3 plus 2 pups. Neighbors and owners were friendly and nice. The pictures onli e arent up to date as the owner built a 2 level deck with incredible views and breezes at night. We brought our boat and the convenience of the dock, and vicinity to the boat launch was a big plus. We will definately be staying again! Can tell this is a very popular vaca rental as its booked through mid October. The wife requested we only stay here moving forward. Tha ks for the hospitality Rob, and sharing your place with us for the Labor day holiday weekend!!!

Enjoyable stay

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Condo was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly with nice walking spaces. Back of Condo on canal is beautiful & peaceful. The Condo is older & in need of some repairs in kitchen but clean, kitchen well stocked, all amenities we needed. Great communication with owner. Thank you for hosting us.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Our little ones enjoyed fishing off the dock. Close to the beach. Good restaurants around. The people were very quick to respond to any questions we had!

Road trip get away

The Property was in a great location for quick beach access, shopping and fishing, close to Port A it was maybe 15/20 minute drive the unit in my opinion needed a little updating nothing major the vertical blinds over the patio door and the gas grill needed a little attention but overall I would recommend this unit and would stay again! We enjoyed our stay.
