Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathTownhome, heated pool! Close to the beach, boat slip!

  • Esta casa adosada muy espaciosa y frente al mar, con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, cuenta con su propio amarre de 14'x24' y está a solo un paseo de la playa. Tiene capacidad para un máximo de 16 personas. Se requiere una estancia mínima de 2 noches. No se admiten mascotas ni se permite fumar (de ningún tipo). Así que ven a relajarte en nuestra tranquila y pequeña comunidad de casas adosadas. Solo hay otras cinco viviendas a nuestro alrededor, y cuenta con piscina climatizada. Perfecta para vacaciones en familia, reuniones familiares, escapadas de chicas, salidas de pesca, etc. Ideal para pescar, hacer kayak, etc. Está muy bien situada, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Dispone de dos tablas de paddle surf con chalecos salvavidas para que disfrutes. Hay que subir escaleras. Número de permiso 2022-305506. Te enviaremos las instrucciones y la dirección un par de días antes de la llegada. No hay ascensor, así que tienes que poder subir escaleras.

My family enjoyed the stay. The house was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, the kids enjoyed the pool. The host was great. If we had any questions she would respond very quickly. If we plan another trip we would definitely choose this location.

The house was just as it was shown in the pictures. It was nice that the pool was heated for the kids. The large garage was very accommodating of all the different water sport gear brought. Having space for two cars side by side in front of the garage was nice compared with another rental we had around the corner. Very safe area. There were a couple of issues the owner was quick to take care of or said they'd fix after departure.

Great place

The house was beautiful, comfy, and spacious. Loved spending the evenings at the pool and dock watching the sunset. Will certainly come back:)

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and comfortably slept 9, with beds to spare. Our only issue was that there is no gas grill as stated in the listing. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, but I would suggest bringing your own knives. The location and pool area are great. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay by the beach.

The place can literally accommodate 16 guest comfortably and has the best views of the canal and jetty, has nice pool area, dock for boat rentals, and the rental place is very close by the property. Will definitely use this rental again when we get another chance to visit Corpus Christi.

Great beach rental!!

We had an amazing time at this beach townhome. It was very clean and we enjoyed the paddle boards that came with the home. Will return here again! Host was very kind and attentive as well.

Overall the property was clean. The rooms were a nice size and there were plenty of beds to accommodate our group. The king size bed frames are a bit unfriendly and our shins did not appreciate them. We loved the style but were not use to them, lol. The kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The pool clarity was a bit cloudy but it rained the day prior, so that is to be expected. Though the no parking area is clearly defined and included in the property details, other guests on the property did not care. A black truck parked in front of our unit and made it difficult to back into the garage. None of the issues with will prevent us from renting this property again. I highly recommend the property. The location was walking distance to the beach, close the restaurants, and right on the water. The host were great and we look forward to future trips.

Great home

The check in process was easy. We enjoyed the location so close to the beach. The house was everything we asked for and needed. The beds were all comfortable. Plenty of bathroom inside the house. The garage access was amazing. Do be able to store all of the beach stuff outside and secure instead of inside the house.

Best place !

We have been coming to North Padre with our kids and grandkids for 3 years now and this was by far the best! This year my SIL & BIL joined in. Plenty of room for all. April was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
