Perfect get away!

Location and house were perfect! House was spotless upon arrival and exactly as pictured. The dock was perfect for fishing and the patio was great for hanging out and relaxing. The kitchen had everything you could need. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!!

Cozy on a canal!!

When we arrived the house was spotless and just as pictured…maybe better. The location is great, at the end of a quiet street only a 10 minute drive into Rockport. The dock was perfect for fishing and the back patio was great for hanging out and relaxing. The rooms/beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything you could need. We will definitely be returning to The Lazy Bay. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot!!

Great location!

This home is in a great location near the entrance to Estes Flats and the intercoastal waterway. The dock is great, and home is exactly as described. Will stay again.

Fishing trip and tournament

Worked great for our needs. Having boat in the water ready to go each morning was excellent. House was very nice to relax each evening

Beautiful, spotless home

Beautiful, spotless home—truly even better than the pictures. Immaculately clean, with an excellent location on a cul-de-sac for easy access and plenty of parking. The rooms are large and spacious, and the bathrooms are gorgeous with beautiful colors. Cleanliness is my top priority, and this place was perfect. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room (plus extras) were a great touch. Plenty of towels and lots of seating made the stay even more comfortable.

The house was immaculately clean, which is my top priority when traveling. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access and plenty of parking. The rooms are large and spacious, and the bathrooms are gorgeous with beautiful colors. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with absolutely everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and every room had ceiling fans (plus extra fans were available, which I really appreciated). There were plenty of towels and lots of seating for everyone. I’d love to bring my family back here again.

Annual family fishing trip

Great property!!! Had a wonderful time. Loved the first floor bedroom. House was clean and air was fresh. Will definitely consider this house next year!!!!

We loved the house! It was very cute and cozy. There were only a few things that they can definitely improve on when it comes to the housekeeping. The mattress protector had a blood or pee stain, the pillows were a little dirty, I suggest pillow protectors, there were a lot of crumbs in the kitchen drawers, and the silverware had some smudges on them maybe fingerprints? But overall our stay was very pleasant, we’ll definitely give it a second chance.

All in all lovely

We really liked the home it was very lovely. We did have a few problems. The pillows and mattress protector were stained. The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out and there were a lot of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. We will definitely give this home a second chance

Perfect getaway!!

We loved this property. Every bed was comfortable and the house was so clean. I do wish there was a tv in the upstairs king bedroom tho. The kitchen was stocked with quality things which is usually not the case. The view is amazing!! Will defiantly be back.

Great location and way cool backyard. Grandkids had a blast fishing at night. The place was great, had a problem with the refrigerator not staying cold and I thought the ceiling fans in the rooms were way too low, other than that it’s a great place

Very nice and clean

It’s the perfect location❤️ was perfect very central, very nice and clean. Nice neighborhood neighbors very friendly very neat and clean. Walked in very impressed with the kitchen. Fully equip. All you need is just your food and your coffee and your coffee cream. Enjoyed every morning sitting out at sunrise you could see it easy around 6:15 am , the place was very much a quip. All you need is just your clothes and your food, I would recommend very highly thank you for this day

Rude neighbor

Our stay was but not pleasant. The neighbor directly across the channel was very rude and obnoxious. Our kids were fishing and he was making comments about not casting near his dock our in his direction. Then just to be rude and obnoxious he played the radio on his boat all night long. It was so loud that we could hear it inside the house. He blatantly played all night! Very annoying and difficult to sleep.

Quick Getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean. Loved the upper deck with the nice comfortable chairs overlooking the water. And the best part was that we were able to dock our boat right by the house and just get up and get on it and go. So convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As indicated by all the 5 stars, we were quite happy. While it did not adversely affect us and we might have missed it in the description, the 3rd BR and 2nd bath are on the lower level and access is only by going outside.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time and it was very refreshing to stay in a place where everything worked. The location was great and everything was very clean and fresh (no musty anything.... which is not uncommon for places at the coast). All the appliances were new and the exterior was in very good condition as well. The only thing i wished were different would be the way you must access the property using an electronic lock set with a long code that must be input. I suspect that all the Vrbo properties are set up this way, so likely the same headache for everyone, but an old-school lockbox with a key would be much more convenient for the guests in my opinion. All in all a great and relaxing time and will be looking forward to going back and stay in the same place.
