Beautiful property on a baby peninsula into the bay, island right across the way where birds came to roost for the night. Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. Great location for accessing Sarasota and Bradenton schools/restaurants/beaches but also didn’t have much desire to leave the house.”

“This house and it’s location was a dream! The kitchen had two sinks, two dishwashers and almost two of everything else with a drop dead water view. The dock left us speechless with how big it was. It had multiple parts and the lower level made it easy to drop the kayaks in with my teens. The kayaks are provided and you just have to get them from the garage to the dock which was easy with the fence gate. We even saw dolphins! The pool was gorgeous and changed colors at night. “Property was very nice, perfect for our trip. Had a nice lay out well decorated confortable. Very close to the beaches and stores. The only things were that the laundry room and kitchen had a strong musky smell and the hot tub was dirty with residue.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Between the amazing pool set up and the proximity to the beach, we had everything we needed. Also super close to the grocery store, which was super convenient. Our group loved our stay! To echo comments from some of the other reviews - there are a few minor things that would really take the house to the next level. There are towel rods in just one of the bathrooms; no other bathrooms have anywhere to hang to dry (which there are a lot of on a beach trip). And 2/3...

“The property was nice, there were three beds and n air mattress with a built in pump. There was also a large backyard and a wagon with all kinds of beach things. There is no garbage disposal in the sink and the laundry unit is not in the main house but besides those things it was a great place to rent. Walking to the beach is totally doable and you can get free rides from the frog bus (whose name I don't remember) just have to tip a couple bucks. ”

“This is a wonderful house in a great location for visiting the Siesta Key area. Beach, restaurants, shopping and activities are all close by. The house has a great view of the lagoon, mangroves and garden. The backyard, dock and pool are very private. Owner is great to work with and we would stay here again.”

“The Mango Cottage was perfect for our brief stay for a destination wedding at Palma de Sola Botanical Park. The cottage provided a peaceful respite to the hectic wedding activities.
