Wonderful, welcoming and comfy! All of the rooms are much larger than the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and utensils for large groups. Beds were comfy. Careful consideration for toddler's and little ones throughout the home. The host was wonderful! We were in town because our Mom was in the hospital. He was so kind and understanding of our situation. Will definitely recommended to all our family and friends coming from out of town! Lovely place!

Everything was good. The carpet is quite stained though (likely from pets) and one of the beds was missing a top sheet. Overall though, the place was clean and what we needed. Check in/out was easy.

We had everything we needed! Since we were close to Walmart and a grocery store, we were able to shop and then cook all our meals in the big fully stocked kitchen. Beds and sheets were nice. Shower heads a little leaky. Everything was clean, with plenty of towels, hair dryers, and shower supplies. We were even able to run a quick load of laundry! Minor complaint: the backyard is not landscaped or really safe for letting the kids play out there or set up for us to hang out. There was a grill that looked like we could use but without a welcoming space outside, we didn’t use it. The living room was set up with a massive TV perfect for watching baseball. One of the recliners was wonky, but the other was great. The host messaged us a few times to welcome us and check in after we left, but since we had no problems with our stay, contact was minimal but pleasant. The house is in an absolutely adorable little town with parks and shops. It took us about 15 min to get to the Mesa Verde National park. Unfortunately it was closed due to the shutdown, but we would love to come back and stay at this house again. It reminded us of grandma’s house: not entirely updated or luxurious, but homey and comfortable!!! We all loved it.

Three separate and clean bedrooms. Three separate TVs but none were working. We called David who responded quickly and the living room TV was restored.The house can use an update, new carpeting or flooring especially. The gym is a plenetron and a treadmill in the living room. The side yard needs weeding and cleaning,if kids will be using it.

The house was clean and very comfortable, including the beds. David was wonderful at communication and suggestions for restaurants in the area. One recliner is in poor condition and the yard needs some TLC, but other than that it was great!

Great location, well stocked, comfortable beds, and good communication. We were here for a couple of days while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. It was a quick drive in the morning to get to the park. It is also close to numerous downtown restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Nice open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. Host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.
