“We loved our stay at “Villa Rosa”. The owner was very informative and provided all the detail and recommendations we would ever need. Alex the property manager was there to greet us to show us around and later provided further answers. The Villa is very comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. Great Wi-fi too. “Great house and landscape with everythung you can wish for. Enough rooms, space, terraces, outside area... even a Pizza oven that is tested and approved! With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. “We had a lovely holiday at Villa Rasenna. Louise is a great host and was very helpful and replied very quickly to any queries. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting area comfortable and homely. We made good use of the pool. We enjoyed a great meal in the villa cooked by Elena and a local wine tasting and pizza in the village. There are lovely walks from the villa in the local countryside. “We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Our Villa had an old world charm that was just what we wanted while staying in Tuscany! The view was AMAZING! Our host was so responsive and gave us a private tour of his Cortona. We took advantage of the hot tub and the private bath that was set up with candles and champagne! Another recommendation would be to have dinner with Luka.( our host) in his home. The food was traditionally prepared and amazing. Overall an wonderful stay!!”

“What a beautiful place to enjoy Christmas with family. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The views are amazing and we watched the New Year fireworks from the sitting room. Denise did an amazing job buying all of our groceries for our arrival. Mieke is a wonderful host - responsive and patient, answering all of our questions. We hope to come back in the summer one day.”

“Belle ferme bien rénové très isolée en pleine nature, accès par un chemin de gravier un peu compliqué, mieux vaut il avoit un véhicule surélevé. “If you are looking for the ultimate place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan / Umbrian country side, this is the place. The morning sunrises are spectacular and warming after the cool May nights. “Een spartaans vakantiehuis met een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Het huis zelf is gedateerd en bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Boven kan je slapen met een gezin aangezien daar een airco is die redelijk werkt. Beneden geen airco dus vrij warm en muffig (was voorheen de stal). “The villa was lovely, and our property manager was very attentive. The villa itself was very comfortable, bedrooms were clean and neat. The bathrooms were adequate with clean towels and great hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, definitely could use a larger coffee pot.
