“Buono”

“Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts...

“Die Lage am Meer mit dem schönen Garten war sehr schön. Etwas gestört haben die Züge im Hintergrund, da die Bahnlinie hinter dem Haus vorbeiführte. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Nach einer Woche wurde sauber gemacht. Die Kommunikation war immer gewährleistet. Es war ein erholsamer Familienurlaub.”

“Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere. The mountains that surrounded the property were glorious and the beach(es) in the area were so beautiful. I hope to return to see Anna and her family again and I thank them so much for helping me...

“Though the villa is out of the town (you should definitely rent a small car) once you get to the villa, it is serene, spacious, clean and inviting. Our host Anna was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Internet access is very good even in that remote area. The pool and the grounds are kept clean and are lovely for relaxing. There is a grocery very close by, just about 6 minutes drive, with all your needs. If you want to be close to the action of the town, it's just a few minutes drive away,...

“Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.”
