“We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Place. I have never met such hospitable people, the whole team were friendly, attentive & always going above & beyond for us. They helped us move rooms when we had noisy neighbours & helped with printing out our boarding passes. The breakfast was lovely, fresh every morning. “Beach was nice. Short walk from room and hotel lobby. Got to see sunset from their chairs every night. What Sofitel always does for me and why I continue to use their brand worldwide is their attention to customers. They all go out of the way to make the stay welcoming. Getting a taxi outside is easy, but kinda of a drag being so far from town. Made us wanna stay at resort even more. Everyone from kitchen, to lobby, to cleaning crew to servers was impecabble. I would return.”
