By the evening we realized that the room was too warm and the air conditioning was not cooling enough. When we mentioned this to them, they responded by saying our room was under the spa and the sauna and so there was nothing they could do except give us a fan. “Er lag nog haar op de badkamervloer, de spiegels in de badkamer waren vuil. En de bedden waren niet opgemaakt of er lagen geen lakens om het zelf te doen. De kinderkamer waren de bedden vuil en de kussens en dekbedden roken niet fris. De klink van de badkamer deur was stuk en de televisie werkte niet. Zeer vriendelijke conciërge die snel wilde helpen maar kon er ook niets aan veranderen. Dus geen tv jammer (zeker met kleine kinderen) , de reservatie zei om 11 uur uitchecken en om 10 uur kreeg ik...
“The flat was nice and cozy, in a great location, but we had a few negatives:
The toilet sink had a harsh smell from the sewer, maybe it had not been used for long but it was quite distinct.
We didn't want to turn on the heat during our stay, but we really could have used another duvet, my mom was freezing on the couch, and the blanket was not doing much.
It would have been nice with some towels, don't know if I missed it in the description, but I forgot to bring my own.”
