“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“A lovely little cabin with nice furniture, a well appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher and nice pots and pans), a high end grill, etc. as well as great common spaces with the screened in porch being a highlight. Sprucewold was gorgeous, with the beach club being immaculate.I’ve stayed many places in Lincoln County, ME and this is a good one. Especially if you’re looking for a family friendly, dog friendly, clean cabin.”

“The cottage was lovely; there was everything we needed. The gas fireplace was wonderful so nice for cool evenings. The kitchen had all the basics for fixing a meal; but being half way between Belfast and Camden you have some wonderful places to eat!
