“The property was in a good location , but was advertised as having air-conditioning which is why we chose this place. However none of the air-conditioners worked and it was extremely hot. The downstairs oven didn’t work neither did one of the microwaves. A kitchen door was hanging by his hinges. some of the outside doors don’t have keys. there is no reachable plug in the main bathroom nor are there any mirrors in the bedrooms to do hair make-up et cetera. The two small bedrooms downstairs...

“Peter basically blew us off and would not give us access to the property so even after having live telephone conversations about the situation we were left with having to make last minute alternative accommodations. And then it took multiple phone calls to VRBO to get a refund. Very frustrating.”
