“We enjoyed our three nights at Nautical Acres! Just as described. Hostess was easy to communicate with, joyful and informative. We walked to the beach several times and also walked and used our bikes in the quiet neighborhood filled with wild/ferrel bunnies! Beds were very comfortable. Unit was extremely clean. Welcoming book with a few favorite local things to do and more about the area in the other room. The unit is private and located within comfortable proximity to the main home. Hostess was...

“This unit is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay with our family. Judy made the check in process easy and even called to let us know the unit was ready earlier than expected which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the travel crib and high chair for our youngest was a bonus. We would certainly stay here again.”

“We stayed at the Nest for 3 nights and although we came to enjoy Salt Spring Island our favourite place to be was in our little cottage by the water! Coffee on the dock, reading on the swing, hearing and seeing the eagle, jumping into the ocean off the dock, watching the beautiful sunsets, walking the private trails all the while being surrounded by a magnificent forest! Our host, Flavia, was gracious and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!”

“My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The location was great, it was around a 15-minute walk to Lonsdale Quay, and several brew pubs and restaurants. From the Quay you can take the seabus to downtown Vancouver, for even more things to do. We took the sea walk out to the Aquarium. The host were very courteous. The pictures of the house are very accurate, and the place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.”

“Clean property with lots of thoughtful touches like puzzles, games, and books. Also couch throws, saran wrap, reusable shopping bags, fans, beach towels, umbrella, lawn chairs. There was even laundry soap for an unexpected load of laundry. Really enjoyed our stay! ”

“This was exactly what we needed after a week of camping on our road trip - this place is so lovely, from the cabin itself (inside and out), to the big trees surrounding it, the pathway through the forest, the delicious breakfast and coffee, and of course the most relaxing bath/shower outside. Tara was so welcoming and was helpful highlighting spots around the island. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! ”
