“Room lovely, updated. Able to contact staff by phone. Those who we met in person were helpful. Patio was not accessible- could not open door. Looked lovely except for row of missing stones. Overall the room was large, bed a kingside & comfy. The drop off of fresh croissants in the am a treat.”

“In Italy for 5 weeks and visited a total of 8 cities and this is one of the top two quality stays we had. Like everything about the room but could have used a couple towel "hooks" in the bathroom which I admit is a minor detail but the drying rack is mounted very high on the wall making it impossible for my 4'-11" wife to reach.
Also the instructions to enter the building are rather poor and found upon arrival that we had to call management and have them tell things that were not explained in...
