"Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent.
It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating.
My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor corridor, which did not have warning wet floor signs, she slipped fell & injured her knee & arm & the incident was reported to reception & witnessed by myself & two Spanish guests but no effort was made to record the incident although the staff did ask if she required some medical help, she was embarrassed & refused the offer but the next day she could hardly walk, we again brought it to the attention of the reception staff who to be honest were not interested. We also tried to purchase a Pepsi max soft drink just after midnight & were refused service @ the bar!!! & also even though there was a pantry they had none & made no effort to stock up.
Last word on the most horrible, rude member of staff I have ever encountered ‘ALBA’ serving at the pool bar, she was so rude we never used the pool bar again. To sum up it was a very mixed visit & I would think twice about staying at this hotel in the future."
