“Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

“Nice location, great size, and easy check in. The biggest issue was there was a roach problem. Upon arrival, we had to kill several roaches in almost every room. Many roaches were inside wifi box which is disgusting. We cooked and had to throw away food due to a roach crawling on food. Very BAD roach problem that would make you change your mind about staying. Made our family trip not as good. Also, washer does not work. It just roams clothes around and we had to dispose of shirts that we tried...
