“I booked a regular room, and for my surprise, I was told that I was upgraded to the presidential suite at no cost. The infrastructure is awesome, nice gym (an actual gym). And then the dolphins... what else can I ask for. ”

“The good: Indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor restaurant, comfortable beds, gym and breakfast. And best of all is the beach, small but very clean and cozy. Anastasiya or Elena from the front desk are the best, very professional. The bad: Outdated decor, the moskitos and the distance from the city. The ugly: Stay away from the troll from the pool, a young lady with glasses and short hair, dont know her name but seems like she is the bar manager and she is a disgrace talking to customers.”

“They just didn't serve me the breakfast that was included in the price. They tell me if I want to eat smth, i can google the food delivery and eat. No hot water sometimes no water at all. I've booked the best room in the hotel but it didn't help me.The worst place I ever stayed in Odessa. Never ever again. ”
