“The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the room itself was okay. However, our stay was let down by poor communication and lack of attention to detail.Other guests did not respect the 10 PM quiet hours and spent nights partying until midnight. “The staff were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived an hour before check in, and they accommodated us without any hassle. As two college girls staying here, we never once felt unsafe walking around at any point, night or day. The AC worked FANTASTIC, and we actually were cold a couple of the nights. “Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality.
