“The rooms looks old. there is a spa included in the room but need to pay extra to use it. The TV remote is not working. The car park is free but it reeks of bird poop. Who knows what disease you might get inhaling that. Otherwise, the poop is okay thought its not so clean. There is a heated spa outside in the pool area. The exit of the car park is located close to the entrance of the hotel so there is a high risk of accident especially when drivers are not paying attention to the incoming cars.”

“First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. Parking spots are very tight for even a modest size car. Food options were limited and expensive. If you are not in a self catering unit you run out of choices quickly. I...
