“The staff was rude to the rest of the wedding party. You can’t get in the pool without a swim cap. They won’t let you have water without buying extra. Only for breakfast. And don’t take an extra cup of water. Staff seemed uninterested in their jobs in hospitality. The hotel/resort felt like the walking dead honestly.”

“Buenos dias de pileta y playa. Muy buena la atencion del personal de Recepcion y de la Enfermeria, especialmente el Dr. Caracciolo. En otro aspecto, deberian limpiar las habitaciones y cambiar las toallas durante la estadia de los visitantes. Deben poner un limite para los ruidos que provocan los ninos y jovenes hasta altas horas de la noche, impidiendo el descanso nocturno.”
“Very nice room in a quiet, beautiful part of the countryside. Friendly host. Lots of sweet dogs on the property. Many need a bath and a little medical care, in my opinion, but they were a joy to see whenever we came and went. The wifi did not work in our room at all. Dining in the area is limited, but we did find a nice place for pizza nearby.”
