“Konumu ve ortam gayet hoş, fakat ufak aksaklıklar mevcut, klimanın kumandası yok mesela,isteyerek tek adet aldım ama 3 farklı klima var ve gece boyu birbirimizden kumanda istedik.. Güvenlik ve havuz personeli çok çok iyi idi, fakat temizlik personelini bir tık sert buldum. Yine de tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir otel. ”

“La familia que lleva este hotel durante el verano te hace sentir verdaderamente como en casa. Son encantadores, atentos y educados. Nos atendieron con una reserva de última hora porque habiamos tenido un incidente con el hotel en el que teníamos la reserva y nos recibieron con una sonrisa, nos dieron se cenar, nos dejaron usar la piscina y nos hicieron sentir definitivamente como en casa ”

“Sehr ruhige Lage, gut aufgeteilte Zimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet, zum schönen Sandstrand circa 5 Minuten Autofahrt, Lebensmittel Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Hausmeister sehr gut erreichbar, praktisch die ganze Zeit vor Ort.”

“Mehmet organised everything from the start. He arranged a pick up from the airport and was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived. He helped to organise taxis during our stay and was generally so helpful. The villa itself was just as shown and is a very short walk from a fabulous restaurant called “the Castle All in all a very pleasant stay”

“The villa itself was lovely and clean when we arrived. We arrived at the complex late at night and were immediately asked for 155eur which were were told was to cover daily housekeeping. This was before we were even taken to our villa. we paid this but unfortunately did not receive the housekeeping service in the week we were there. I can see from reading the villa info on Expedia's website that 100eur of this payment is a breakage deposit so I expect to receive that amount back since we did...

“Wir waren als Großfamilie in Jürgens Villa und es hat uns allesamt sehr gut gefallen 👍 Die Villa ist wirklich toll ! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich sehrr sauber. Und der traumhafte Ausblick auf Alanya 😍 Das einzige was man in Betracht ziehen sollte , sind die Treppen zur Villa hoch ( was uns im Vorfeld natürlich schon bewusst war ) und, dass man fußläufig sogut wie nichts erreicht. Man ist praktisch auf einen Wagen...

“It was a little far from city if u dont have a car forget it. But with a car rental it was great. Nice location in the mountains. Cool air circulates.wide space. Super attendance from owner.”

“Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. ”

“Das Haus, vor allem aber die Ausstattung wirkt komplett abgerockt. Das Geschirr war auch nach zweimaliger Reinigung im Geschirrspüler nicht sauber zu kriegen. Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand heraus oder waren notdürftig mit Tesaband überklebt. Die Toilettenspülungen aller 4 Toiletten funktionierten nicht! Einige Wasserhähne ebenfalls nicht. Der Pool war grausig anzusehen. Komplett verdreckt und voller Unrat. Die Poolliegen und Auflagen ebenfalls grauslig. Stanken schlimm nach Katzenurin. Die...
