“We loved our stay at Shore Acres! The property is beautiful and perfect for the kids and dog! The views of the coast were amazing and we took the short walk down to the river many times. The house is old, but very well maintained and updated. That being said, don’t expect everything to look or work perfectly. We appreciated all the linens and kitchen items, and the fun extras like the telescope and pingpong table! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. ”

Easy access to local towns of Arcata and Eureka for dining and shopping. And of course conveniently located for exploring the redwood forest, the real reason for our visit.This is a real gem and we will return if in the area for the future. ”
