“The first night at the hotel was terrible. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from outside: cars, people, music. We were lying with wide open eyes wondering where to move. Next morning we complained to the receptionist and he moved us to another room , much quieter, with a sea view. Very good room at no extra cost.
