“Front desk and housekeeping services were spotless. Reception always kind and smiley, which is appreciated and rare in Romania, in general. Indoor pool and spa areas were really good as well. We had two massages (don't know the name of the lady) and we were very happy with it. Our only but is the room service/restaurant, as we always had to go down to order, despite having the menu in the room. Lo que se puede mejorar es el tema del parking,en horas puntas cuesta un poco encontrar aparcamiento frente al hotel. Volvería sin duda y por supuesto lo recomiendo!”

The room is very spacious, beautifully decorated with extremely high ceiling and a stand alone bathtub. Everything is clean, comfortable and luxurious. The location is also great, as it is in walking distance to old town and to train station. Absolute gem of a place especially for a price that is very appropriate in contrast to other places around.”
