So many of the appetizers were of local farms and recipes of the area. And Breakfast was extra special with warm local ricotta and delicious fruit. Great location for visiting Modica, Ragusa etc”

Former summer villa of local Bishop now an organic farm to table high end boutique hotel. Home made soap, shampoo, pasta, bread, olive oil and very comfortable beds with all cotton and linen bedding!
