“the room and the view were great.i was not happy with the t.v. service as everything had to be streamed,as an older couple we could not figure out a lot of it. no local news, no regular programs,all we were able to watch was world news and very old programs like death valley days”

“Didn’t like that they gave my daughter and I 1 king bed instead of 2 queen beds when we checked in. They gave our friend who was traveling solo a room with 2 queen beds. They then reassigned us to their nearby property where there was no physical office. When our door keys did not work, we had to wait for someone from property with office. Dead bolt for our hotel room was broken. They did not fix it even after we reported it. Our new room had a beautiful window view.”
