An awesome place to stay

We stay here whenever we go to Cotter AR area. We love the house, the location and the view. The location is perfect for meeting up with the siblings as well as close to family in the area. It is also close to great routes for riding our Harley. We are already planning our next trip.

Great location and property

Very much enjoyed the home and activities near by as we boated on Bull Shoals definitely recommend. The fish caught on the river were fantastic.

Great place but multiple items were wormn out or broken from previous renters staying there,Kitchen and dining areas were fantastic with alomost every appliance and utensil you might need.Water pressure was an issue in upstairs bathrooms and kitchen.

Wonderful Place

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us. We had guided fishing trips and it was close to the starting location of our trip. The view with the river is wonderful and relaxing. We saw ducks and saw an eagle spend part of the morning in a tree top across the river. I recommend this for a great time on the White River.

Another Great Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying here as we love the house and the location. The view of the white river from the porch is awesome. The location is perfect for meeting up with the siblings as well as close to family in the area. It is also close to great routes for riding our Harley. We are already planning our next trip.

Fabulous find

This place is awesome!! The view of the river from the back porch and balcony of one of the upstairs bedrooms is so relaxing and beautiful. The house is beautiful too! It is very clean and updated with anything you could ever need. The kitchen had everything we needed and the added barbecue grill on the patio was nice too. The house had ample space for the 7 people in our party with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer was nice to use as well. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

wonderful location for trout fishermen. within a few miles of Cotter and Wildcat accesses. Very clean and well-kept. Bargain for the area. Plenty of room for boat parking. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Will return !

Fantastic Birthday fishing trip

I wanted to fly fish with my three boys for my birthday and this was the perfect home base for our trip. Perfect location in the middle of prime White River/Norfork River country. Very roomy and comfortable home with excellent patio for our shrimp boil. We all caught tons of fish and some of the prettiest sunset views over the river.

Wonderful place to stay!!

Great antique shops close by. just a short trip to Mtn Home for more shopping. We even made a quick trip to Branson and Harrison. When we were at the house we had a great time watching the beautiful White river just steps from the house. And we sure can not forget about all the wildlife that entertained us. We loved this property.
