“This house has beautiful and relaxing views of the pond. It is a wonderful place to walk to. The home is an older home yet very functional for large groups. There is a bathroom on every floor with an additional half bath on the main floor. We were very comfortable and had a lovely time in this home.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Cape Cod rental. The house was roomy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. With four bedrooms and over three bathrooms, everyone had enough space and never felt crowded. The extra basement space gave us even more room. We didn’t use it, but having a washer and dryer there was really convenient. The location was another big plus. We were only a few minutes from Craigville Beach, shopping, restaurants, and other local spots, so...

“Great place with kayaks and paddle boards, beach, close to Mashpee Commons. Host was great and place was clean and quaint.”

“Denise was an amazing host and very welcoming! We can’t wait to go back next year!”

“Easy booking very clean and convenient for our families wedding event”

“Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative.”

“We absolutely loved it!!!”

“The property is gorgeous and inviting from the second you pull in the driveway to the inside of the house. The spacious, fenced in yard was a great feature when traveling with kids and pets. The pool and hot tub kept us entertained the whole vacation; we barely felt the need to leave the house!”

“We had a lovely stay! The location was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Rebecca made the whole process really easy from start to finish. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful vacation rental experiences we have had, and we have rented through VRBO many times. We arrived at 5:00 with a group of seven and did not have the code or instructions needed to enter the house. I had sent messages through VRBO and received no response. Thankfully, the owner eventually got back to me with the code, but standing there with seven people and not knowing whether we would even be able to get into the house was an incredibly stressful...

“This house and property are absolutely fabulous, and provided ample space for our family reunion -- us, our four adult kids and their significant others, plus two grandchildren. It is a beautiful and secluded private property. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the home theatre, and gym (which is larger and better equipped than most hotel gyms!). The owners were very communicative and their instructions were complete and thorough. We highly recommend this property!”

“Sunsets were particularly beautiful at this home. The kitchen was well appointed. We had some struggles with the TV, but eventually figured it out. The location was good for access to Falmouth. The slope was of the driveway was a bit tricky and perhaps our only complaint. All in all, a very nice experience. Thank You.”
