“I came here with the goal of seeing the stars in a place with dark skies, and it did not disappoint. The cabin was perfect- everything was exactly as described. The kitchen had everything you’d need, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the kitchen table- it was spacious enough for playing games together and enjoying our meals. “First time visiting the Grand Canyon of PA area, and this school bus converted to a tiny home did not disappoint! The bus is situated next to a scenic pond, and surrounded by beautiful hills. It feels very private even though there are other RV sites and tiny homes nearby.Wilmer, our host, could not have been more friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs. “If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

“What an amazing place! The kids loved it and we all had a great time around the fire. FYI, if it's warm outside, talk around the fire from the chairs, but if it's cool outside, the giant fire pit is actually a warm seat and a small fire will be all you need.The creek was a bit low in late August, but still beautiful, and the surrounding grounds were spacious to be sure. “My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It is extremely clean, and the views from the porch are beautiful. At the cabin, we saw deer, a turkey, a coyote and 2 bald eagles (1 adult and 1 juvenile). We were lucky enough to see elk on our first night in Benezette. We finished our our getaway with a bonfire and s’mores at the cabin. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Communication was excellent as well. ”

“The property was beautifully kept. The inside was very clean and had a cabin feel with the decor. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay... pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, etc...There was easy access to the water down a short hill with natural step built in. We were able to fish and let the dogs play in the water, then up to the well kept yard to let the dogs sun themselves dry.”

“This is what I call getting away. My family had a great week from early morning hot tub soaks to family feuds over playing Uno and Monopoly! We only got one clear night in the star gazing field and the moon was a bit to bright but it was still beautiful. The property is clean and well stocked with just about everything you could need! “This cabin was perfect and had all the amenities one could ask. The state park is just up the road and it does get dark at night at the cabin. We were fortunate enough to have a clear night with an amazing view of the milky way. Great place for those who want to stargaze and don't want to bother figuring out camping at Cherry Springs. The nearby town is quaint and you can find just about everything at the local supermarket. We will definitely be back! ”
