Set in a peaceful environment, the house is perfect for enjoying nature in every season, at the crossroads of the Périgord Noir, Vert and Blanc regions.
A bakery is just a 5-minute drive away, with a supermarket, bookshop and restaurants within 10 minutes.

Many activities are available nearby: walking and hiking trails, Golf d’Essendiéras, canoeing, the Base de loisirs de Rouffiac, the Château de Hautefort, the Lascaux caves and the historic town of Sarlat-la-Canéda.

The entire house and its garden (around 6,000 m²) are exclusively yours to enjoy.

A large, detached Périgord stone house, designed to comfortably accommodate families and respectful groups.

It features a spacious 60 m² living room, perfect for shared moments (board games, meals, movie nights), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one on the ground floor, two upstairs) and two bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.

Two wood-burning stoves, located in the living room and kitchen, provide warmth and comfort depending on the season.

For children: a travel cot and toys are available.

For leisure: Bonzini table football, and a wide selection of board games (Trivial Pursuit, Pictionary, Scrabble, Ticket to Ride, Uno, Werewolf, playing cards, etc.).

Outside: a large garden, terrace for outdoor dining, Cornilleau table tennis table, football goal, orchard with many fruit trees (cherry, plum, apple, pear…) and vines.

Bed linen and towels can be provided on request at no extra cost.

The house is regularly maintained and personally used by the owners, who care deeply about it.
