“As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. The cost of the room was also a little higher than I would have expected. Overall I rate the hotel as 4 stars. It would have been 5 stars if the room rates had been a little lower.”

“My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival.”

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided in room daily were very welcomed after a day walking on the Moors. An amazing breakfast every morning which was delicious. Lovely and peaceful location with easy access to Dartmoor and Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again.”
