“Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. “This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card....

The chalet was sufficiently supplied with great kitchen utensils and Bathroom etc with high quality Shampoos and Conditioners etc. The only thing that failed was the chalet was not cleaned and there is black mould in the bathroom and toilet, floor also needed to be swept and moped, especially for the price we paid. Would stay again if it was cheaper.”
