Magical forestland

Clear communication and kind interaction with management. Such a fun place to stay with children who can explore the woods, endlessly and find magic in every nook and cranny. The extra wood available for the fire pit was so great and appreciated. We were unable to find bug repellent that stated would be left, but we didn’t have any issues. Kitchen is a little sparse for needs and maybe some more child friendly size eating where, but all the basics were there and everything was comfortable. Check out was a breeze and I really appreciate that as it is rare these days to have less to do even after paying for a cleaning fee. I would maybe suggest something a little more obvious to indicate driveway as we missed the turn in a couple of times, but truly, the slug finding on the wooded trail and bunny and bird visits were just so sweet and magical. And the most surprising treat was in the west facing bedroom, the coolest light in the evening comes in creating a magical puppet/stop-action show entertainment wall! Highly recommend this stay.

Cute little Cottage!

Our stay was wonderful. It was nice to be able to visit our son and our granddaughter. The cottage was so cute and inviting. We sat outside and watched our granddaughter play in the playhouse. All the rooms were decorated with gnomes and mushrooms. We enjoyed our time together. Thank you for the lovely home!

Comfortable, cute cabin

The Gnome cabin is very nice. Comfortable couch to relax on, nice kitchen and dining table, large bathroom with a washer and dryer and two good size bedrooms. A large deck and cute yard. The beds are memory foam which some people may find uncomfortable. I would recommend a non- skid pad for the shower floor as the soft water makes it slippery. We would recommend the Gnome cabin for a visit to the island.

Aptly Named 'Secret Gnome Cabin'

Our 7-year old scampered around and counted 69 gnomes before she gave up. Pulling into the property she had exclaimed, "this is the best day of my life!" Fortunately the rain held off long enough for her to do the gnome trail through the woods. The property is right on WA 525, but it was well secluded and we never heard or say any traffic. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy some time away from the city.

Great little whimsical cabin

Fantastic little home. Everything was super clean. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only tricky thing is the driveway, it's pretty hidden. Once you find it initially its easy to remember where it is.

Perfect Little Getaway

Stayed with our 2.5 year old human and 1.5 year old dog and it was perfect for both of them which made it perfect for us! Our daughter loved the gnomes and play house, and our dog loved sniffing around the yard. It was so clean and there was no sign of other dogs having been there! We also appreciated the nice doggie bowls being there. Greenbank Farm was only 3 minutes drive away and was a great spot to visit. The location was perfect for us having destinations on both ends of the island. Loved the night sky without light pollution and the pull-out couch for a comfy movie night. Would love to go back!

Cozy Rainy Day Whidbey Launchpad

Our family loved our stay. Lots of charm mixed with functional, comfortable spaces. We were on the island for a trail race and food adventures, and it was great to have a cute home base. Kids want to come back next Whidbey trip.

Not my favorite, the location was ok, definitely not worth the price

Gnome away from gnome. It was kinda cute. Not my favorite virbo rental at all. If i had more opportunity to decide and not rushed I wouldn't have chosen this place. The price said one thing then there was the owner fee. Basically suited our needs for the night.not sure i would recommend.

Perfect and charming Gnome House!

We had a delightful stay, and will be back! Lovely furnishing, VERY comfortable beds, so many cute gnomes in the house and on the lovely trail. Great location near La Conner. Thanks for such a great place to stay.
